Tronconi Segarra & Associates LLP is a Certified Public Accounting and business consulting firm, licensed in the State of New York. Our purpose -- our reason for being -- is to deliver confidence to our clients through every engagement and interaction that we have with them. We are headquartered in Williamsville, New York with a second office in Lockport, NY and have 120 dedicated people serving our clients, including 19 partners and 60 CPAs. Our service offerings include traditional accounting, auditing and income tax compliance, but what makes our Firm unique is that we also offer specialized or "niche" services that are not usually found in firms of our size, such as sales & use tax services, cross border business services, succession planning, mergers & acquisitions services, business valuations, fraud & forensic accounting and auditing services, and more. We also have a formal Small Business Group where our professionals provide the same high-quality level of services but streamline the points-of-contact within the Firm for the convenience of our small business clients. The majority of our Firm partners and many of our principals began their careers in public accounting at large, national firms. It was the partners' entrepreneurial natures and their desire to work more closely and directly with clients that encouraged them to leave the large, national firms and come together to create Tronconi Segarra & Associates. Their philosophy of hands-on partner and principal involvement in our clients' businesses enables us to know our clients' businesses thoroughly and therefore provide customized solutions for their individual business and financial challenges. Further, their prior experience working for large national accounting firms gave them significant expertise working on sophisticated and complex business issues and best practices which they now levereage for the benefit of our clients, both large and small. Tronconi Segarra & Associates is a member of the Private Companies Practice Section of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the world’s largest member association representing the accounting profession. Many of our professionals are also members of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants.
